Would anyone have any suggestions on how to make Ulquiorra's mask? Or even how would it stay on my head.

Well, for the actually construction I used Crayola Model Magic. It works really well for the Arrancar masks.

For getting it to stay on your head, are you going to have a wig? If so, you can just sew the helmet into/onto it.

I'm going with SailorAnime86. Clay, while a bit heavier/more expensive, is a lot less messier then paper mache (I found out the hard way) and has a better finish.

As for constructing it - I would either use a cheap skater helmet that you saw in half ((that can be easier said then done, depending on how you do it. It was fairly easy for my friend, because she handed it over to her cousin who proceeded to take a saw to it, but I have no idea if you wanna be that destructive, lol xD)) and use as a base, to construct it off.

For securing it - if you have a wig, then glue/sew the helmet on. If you don't wanna do that, or are going to be using your regular hair (and certinally you don't want glue in your hair, or to sew it your skull ^^) I would use a series of clips.

i say if you are using your hair... you could set a hair comb... like

but less fancy in to the inside of the mask.... super glue or force it in their and let it dry that way... then you can braid your hair

just like one down the side with the mask and use it as an anchor for the comb... just a thought it would help :)
