Well...I have no idea how to make it, lol. I was thinking of using a broomstick and some other junk, but I dont know. It just looks REALLY confusing. Any ideas (Or price ranges? lol)

Maybe you could use a stick of bambo for the main part?

I was thinking that too, but I just really need help on the top half of it, with the staff design. I have no idea how to make it.

You can use large wooden beads for the bumps (ones with very large holes) and you could use thin gold bracelets for the rings (you can always paints or spray paint them if you want a different colour). You can get packs of thin gold bracelets cheaply but you get quite a lot of them.

Shower Curtain rings for the smaller ones, and a brass towel ring for the larger circle. The stuff in the middle can be made with sculpy. *shrug*

Shower curtain rings might be too big for the smaller rings, maybe you should go instead for lots of little metal bracelets, the ones that come in sets of ten or twenty-five, or something. a broomstick might work for the pole... you could use beads for the little things through the middle, and get a cross-stitching hoop for the big circle.

^_^ Good luck!

They sell different size metalli rings at craft stores like Michaels and Joannes. That I thnk they're perfect for the dangling rings on his staff.
