Well, I just checked a scale and I did lose a little weight. That's kinda scarey...I'm under 100 lbs officially now. (Must quickly go order Chinese food...) Yes, direct sunlight + Darcia costume = instant diet...It's amazing I survived like six hours in that thing - I was expecting I'd give in after one or two.

So I hope everyone out there is sleeping and eating properly again. And Lilli better be taking a nap right now. (I hope you made it home okay and that I didn't give you really messed up directions in the middle of the night, there ^_^*)

I think I slept a total of 4 hours the entire weekend and ate an egg mcmuffin, a small bag of candy that came in a gashpon I bought, a bottle of pepsi, code red, and fruit works for the entire weekend ^_^;

I drank every flavor of faygo known to man in my room at the con. thank you venus! man was it just me or was the hotel food really expensive? I watched a guy that hated sushi down like a 100 boxes of it 'cause he was so hungry!

I thank everyone in Line on Saturday. I got my meals from the varios cookies and candies they gave to me for handing them registration forms. ^_^

Though yeah....I seem to have lost some extra pounds myself. x-x
Its not too bad, though. Its just fat, right?
Lifting those wings gave me a bit more muscle. Yay for wings!

Thanks to Ayaka's mom who *literally* brought us 2 small suitcases of food, we were pretty well fed for the entire weekend.

However, I am glad that I'm back to a normal sleeping schedule... well, normal for me anyway. ;-)

So for the next con we are *so* packing food, drinks, etc to feed a small army. :)

My parents make sure there is enough food, but I refused to eat while I was there. Especially when I was wearing the Dizzy outfit(too self-consious), I had some stuff afterwards in the con suite but it wasn't really anything. My breakfast consisted of a little carton of milk, and my lunch was part of a Nestle Bananna milk, and then dinner was basically finishing the bottle of bananna milk(split with cousins) and a few carrots +broccoli. Dang this makes me sound so anorexic. I was too occupied to eat, and forgot. I got back weighing 89 pounds. It is only water weight though that I lost, I don't really think there should be anything I should be losing. I caught up on eating all today though. Probably back up to 90s. Yeeeeeah Dim-sum! for lunch and then Thai food for dinner!! ^-^

I think I lost a bit of weight though I haven't checked to make sure . . . I didn't sleep or eat too badly, in comparison to other cons. The con suite was a big help for me this year. Dunno why I've never gone before! It's wonderful of ACen to do that, and it was also a cool way to chill with new people.

And while I didn't contribute significantly to feeding cosplay.com people, I *did* give a box of goldfish crackers Irvy left in our room to Merle-kun (though I didn't recognize him out of costume! O_O *feels stupid*).

On the battlescars front, I am featuring a rather nasty cut/raw area on the back of one ankle from Toboe's boots. ><

Not only are the Chii's feet completely ruined for about a week, but my hand (Link) is officialy nerve-dead.

That and we never got more than a few hours sleep. It's cool though, I just slept while driving home. :)

ouch, I feel sorry for your feet and hand.

I wanted to see your Chii costume...or did I, I guess my memory is pretty bad. I also tried finding your shop in the convention center and no luck.

I too would like to thank Ayaka's mum for bringing those suitcases full of grub! It was mucho appreciated. ^^

As for battlescars, I got attacked by some psycho Urd cosplayer. I don't know what the hell was wrong with her, but scratching at me and kicking my knee (hard enough to leave a bruise) was NOT appreciated.

I heard stories about other cosplayers getting attacked by creeps... what a violent con this was! >_<

Despite the brainstemless morons who cannot differentiate between fictional characters and real people cosplaying them, I had a great time at ACen on account of all the Sakura Taisen goodness and seeing various friends and acquaintances again.

Indeed...I have heard stories of such morons.I wonder why they never try to attack fighting game character cosplayers? ;)

I think I ran into that cosplayer too. I didn't get attacked, but she did almost make me lose my balance during her glomping. The only thing I suffered was mild dehydration and my poor feet hate me for all the walking I did in those boots.

Moo, I absolutely LOVE your Urd costume. :D I wanted to attempt that outfit myself the first time I saw the manga image but you did it perfectly.

AHH! Wanna talk about battle scars, eh? I went as FFX-2 Theft Rikku and the 2 straps from my top cut up my collar bone; didnt really notice it until i took off the top Sat. night...ugh, they burn now - i'll post pics soon.

Nothing too bad battle scar wise here. My feet were really torn to pieces though from my boots. (That is besides them being soar as heck.) My friend Sunny was thoroughly amazed by my easy going attitude toward their condition Saturday evening. Comes from being a dancer and dealing with pointe shoes tearing my feet up. Heh... ^_^;
I seem to have caught the soar throat thing going around too. Yucky. :P

Saturday, I was already feeling the burn from doing my cardboard box stalking friday. Sunday, it was unbearable. I felt like I was going to die every time I stood up, sat down, or walked up/down stairs. Lifting my legs (sans walking) was killing me. I'm still trying to get over the pain.

We stopped doing the shop at the cons, because it only means that we end up stuck behind the table for the entire day instead of out having fun during the convention.

I think you did see our Chiis, we were the mirror chiis with the corsets and extendable trains. I was the crackhead Hideki. Did you see that?!

I think i ran up a down ever tower in that hotel so my legs where all but useless when i had to run up like ohhhh six sets of steps yesterday to get to my final on time...oh well live and learn.

I however do think the amount of people contributed to alot of the bumping into people etc..this year. Though I went the entire weekend without being nailed by a wolfwood cross for once..hey 1/6 isnt so bad ..

On a side note I do feel that I have been forever emmotionally scarred by the fact i forgot to take my ears off when I went up to compete in the the Game Show Sat night....though Ryan did let me go first cause I creeped him out...which is a plus. just means I'm gonna have to do something even more outrageous next year

Oh my god, if there is a next time.

We've already got twelve more groups for costumes planned, and we'll probably have at least three new sets by next year. What's the number one rule?

NO MORE CORSETS.

Oh hey, was the pyramid game show host named Ryan too? My friends were making fun of me because they said that I was moonlighting as an announcer.

I have never worn a corset before, but they look like they would be very uncomfortable. *gives boxes of pocky to the Limebarb group for withstanding the corsets*

And OOooOWOow 12 groups! You guys are certainly very busy people.

You might say. With a little help from the three other people, Barb almost singlehandedly did 21 different costumes, some with full wigs, shoes, and props. JUST FOR ACEN.

She's still in the coma.

21?! O_O *gives Limebarb cookies* Okay, I won't complain about work for my costumes ever again . . . honest . . . (lol)

I went to Acen sick, and now I think I'm dying....3 days with no sleep and little water can't possibly be good for the immune system

Well, next time you'll know to consume only antibiotics the entire con. :\

I was also one of the people that got the bug that was floating around the con. Sore throat, yucky cough, and no functioning greymatter for most of the time. Add that on to no sleep and no water. X.x I'm still trying to fight it off.

However, next year I will be prepared. I think I might just cosplay a nurse and bring enough cold/cough/codine/halls/pain killers/ and pixie stix for for at least 10 people. XD

I got that bug 2 and I'm still fighting it off. I hope you feel better soon.

Oh I was workign on my Reiji costume last minute (only I can procrastinate where I know what I want to do a year before and still put together the costume last minute) so I did not sleep Wed. Thursday I got no sleep because I was heling a little with setting up main programming and was helping move some of Swek's equipment (most of the small stuff that was under a hundred pounds I was able to help with they guys had to handle the couple hundred pound cabinet and stuff)

Friday i was workign all over the place and finally got 2 hours of sleep sometime during teh middle of the night.

Saturday, worked some more, got to see a couple panels, was in masquerade left that promptly after going up for my skit to hit the AMV Iron Chef. Ended up setting up for the Saturday Dual Jewel concert (sigh I am never again goign to help lift equipment that weighed as much as me) and did all sorts of other stuff until i finally got 5 hours of sleep after losing my wallet with my room key and nearly freaking out.

Sunday I was so tired and worn out, although celebrating the con being over with the reg staff on top of the desk was amusing. They were such fun dorks.

I am still recovering. Still a bit sore from runnign aorund all weekend and still getting back on a sleep scheduale of a sort.
