I want to Cosplay as Agito, with his whole "orange strait jacket" costume, and I know that I just need to buy the fabric for the jacket (my friend can help me do the sewing), and get the pants and whatnot, with the hooks attached to ribbon of some kind, but I am really trying to do the Fang Regalia... anyone able to give me some tips on how to do that?

ohhh im amking to pairs for my friends who are going as agito and akito . but im making them as covers to go over the skates

What im doing is making test runs out of posterboard to get the shape right then tracing the design ontocraft foam cutting it out and beveling the edges of each piece and then super gluing them back together so that they are 3D rather than flat

Then once I assemble all of the pieces im going to fiberglass the inside and modge pog the outside then Im going to attach all the individual pieces, once painted, to a black band that runs around the skate and attaches with velcroe in the back.

the reason for the band was that I needed something under the pieces that could wrap all the way around the skate w/o being noticed since the regalia split in the front

here are some pics of some of the work i have done so far

its mainly just the poster board but i have made all the wheels and 1/2 of one of the main body pieces

I'm planning on cosplaying Kururu in her tool toul to outfit, and I can't seem to find any good overalls so I'm thinking about making them, but I have NO clue how to do that. If any one has any ideas...

Heres a ref pic:
