After 6 years of checking video game stores, pawn shops, and any other store that sold video games, and refusing to resort to Ebay, I FINALLY got my "holy grail" of video games.

Sega Saturn - $55 CAN

Shining Force III - $60 bucks CAN

AT LAST.

*Calls in sick for work*

I've been swearing by that system, and that game specifically for years. Ask Serria, poor girl could tell you that I never shut up about it (ahem, my screen name!).

I'm in the middle of nowhere right now, but I can hook you up with ENGLISH versions of Shining Force 3 Scenarios 2 and 3, as well as the PRemium Disc, probably sometime in June :) Send me a PM if you're interested, but don't expect a timely response. I only get enough time to check this website about once every 2-3 weeks right now.

Oh, and do yourself a favor. Find the following games for Saturn whenever you can.

Dragon Force
Guardian Heroes
Panzer Dragoon Saga
Blazing Heroes/Mystaria/Riglord Saga (it went through some name changes, same game though)

Panzer Dragoon Saga

Good luck finding that sucker for anything under $300.

This. It's still pretty much the most rare 32 bit video game of all time.

Close. It's supply and demand, pretty much. Panzer Saga, House of the Dead, SF3, and Burning Rangers all saw an initial US release of only 5,000 copies. Saga and HotD each got a 2nd release of an additional 5k.

But any Saturn collector wants PDS, whereas few of them want SF3 unless they're a SF nut, like me :)

Medion, you wouldn't happen to be a member of the Shining Force Central forums?

Longtime reader, but I never post there. I think I registered there years ago under a different name (since getting the name "Medion" there would be like registering "Cloud" at an FF fansite).

Regardless, I couldn't post there if I wanted to right now. The gov't blocks any interesting site. My personal website is blocked as a gaming website (and who actually visists that place?). Even parts of this website are blocked.

The only time I risk going around the gov't blocking is when I need to check a specific bank account. At least then, if I get busted, it's not as if I was looking at pr*n or something :)
