I love RPGs but I think I have played more than enough of them for a while. I can only save the world so many times before it becomes boring. Does any one know of any good platformers or puzzle games for 360, PS2, or the Wii worth a try?

Step 1: Get the orange box.

Step 2: Get mario Galaxy

Step 3: Get Command and Conquer 3.

Step 4: Play through and beat all.

It doesn't take a lot to get burned out on RPG's. You need to take breaks from time to time. Switch Genres for a while.

You don't stop with saving the world in Mass Effect, you save the whole galaxy and it's never boring. Seriously though... get Bioshock. It's RPG-ultralite if anything.

It would make for a good transition to actions, indeed. Another good smooth transition type game would be Dark Messiah. Nowhere near as polished as Bioshock, but honestly, who cares? Oh, but don't get the 360 version. The PC version's way better. Call of Duty 4 is probably THE best FPS right now though.

For puzzlers, I think it might be worth it to wait for that sweet-looking Impossible Mission remake for the Wii. I don't know if you've played the original game for the Commodore, but if you haven't, the entire game is just puzzles. Another one, if you happen to own a DS, is Professor Layton.

Platformers.. Haven't played a good one of those on ny of the systems you mentioned besides the Ratchet and Clank games, though I've heard good things about quite a few.

Wanna swap gamertags?

Primal for the PS2 is an action/fantasy/puzzle type game. The story is really interesting and the game itself just doesn't get enough love.

ICO is also for the PS2 and is a similar type of game that I recommend.

And there's simply no excuse not to play the puzzle adventure game Okami. XP

None of these games are the hardest out there, but they're all unique, engaging and a lot of fun.

Thanks for the suggestions!

I've played some of the games that have been listed and enjoyed them a lot. though I was disappointed with Mario Galaxy and Bioshock. Marion Galaxy just didn't grab me like Mario 64 did,and I just didn't like that there wasn't really a good challenge to the game. As for Bioshock I guess I thought it was going to be more like Fatal Frame and got let down.

I Love games like Okami or ICO that give you something a little different and challenging. I mean there really is tons of the same thing out there its nice to see something new every now and then.
