FFXI and Phantasy Star Universe, but neither would be what I would call "good."

what is Phantasy Star Universe like?

Well, I've heard it's the better of the two (primarily because FFXI is hard as hell and requires an extra fee). It's not as feature-filled, but it's relatively fun.

Get PSOBB for PC.

I've played Final Fantasy XI Online ever since 2004 and from my point of view, it's an amazing game, one of the best MMORPG's. Yes, it is a very difficult game. It takes time a patience to wait for a party or camp a Notorious Monster, but it's a rewarding experience all in all.

It's 13.95$ a month and 1$ for every additional character you want to make, but hey, when you can level all eighteen jobs on one character, who needs another? If you want a mule (storage character) on the other hand that's a different story.

This is the best video showing what Final Fantasy XI is made of, it brought tears to my eyes. :bigcry:

All I have to say about FF11 is, "How does I mine for fish?"

Age of Conan is supposedly coming to 360.

I would always play MMOs on PC if I was into them. 360 is an awesome jRPG console, though.

Age of Conan is supposedly coming to 360.

With the rampant nudity in it, i'd be shocked.

I'd just like to note, you can actually mine for fish in Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology. I lol'd so incredibly hard when I first did it.

Console MMOs are not very likely to take off. FFXI and PSU have far more PC players than 360, for good reason. Stick to PC, you'll have more variety that way.

FinalEvangelion speaks truth, 360 is surprisingly becoming a monster for JRPGs.

I haven't played it with Live, but Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has become pretty addictive in our household. We're fairly casual gamers, all we really know is we like the games we like, but I think my husband has logged at least 70 hours on that game in the last week. It's shameful.

Champions online is supposedly dropping next year for the 360. That might not suck. Or I'll be horribly wrong.
