Came out a couple of days ago in very limited quantities, though significantly more copies should flood retailers on July 22nd. After trying the demo, this was going to be a day 1 purchase for me.

I'm thoroughly impressed. Capcom's framework engine runs beautifully on the PC. Even moderate hardware should play this game up to competent standards (720p @ 30fps, no aa/af). I'm running it at 1680x1060, 16xCSAA, 16xAF, Transparency AA, everything maxed, locked in at 60fps. It's absolutely stunning.

I'll try to post some screenshots later on to show this off, but wanted to see if anyone else was playing this. FYI, the video card I'm running this on is: GeForce 9600GT - $105.00 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=Property&N=2010380048&PropertyCodeValue=679%3A37365&bop=And&Order=PRICE)

So it doesn't require expensive hardware to put the console version to shame. However, it does HIGHLY RECOMMEND a quad-core CPU if you want to run the new difficulty setting and still have it playable at high or super high settings.

I just downloaded the Demo after seeing this thread. This last week, I built a new Q6600 w/ NVidia GF GTX 260 machine. I cranked up the settings all the way to maximum and the performance test was running at very high FPS the entire time. Seems to be a very efficient engine.
