I'm always a sucker for a good strat-rpg's, and Sega's newest offering seems very interesting.

No, its has nothing to do with Valkyrie Profile.

The art-style is just insane. Its pretty-much the "moving sketch" style that was employed for the FF tactics release on PSP for custscenes. Its absolutely amazing to see in-motion.

It almost has an anime-style WWII aesthetic about it. Not to mention tanks. Did I mention there's tanks.

There's plenty of trailers out, and other video.

Its already out in Japan, Famitsu giving it a score of 34/40, so its promising. Its getting a November release state-side.

I'm actually surprised there wasn't already a thread about it.

I had an opportunity to have a long hands on play through of this game with the producer yesterday at E3. Long story short, its a great game, it plays extremely well and satisfies 3rd person shooter fans, RPG fans, and Strategy fans. really beautiful game. buy it.

I read about it in GI last month, I haven't had the time to search for it until just recently. I have to admit though, it's pretty enticing. Now I just have to get some cash together.

This game looks great. I love the art style and setting. I would gladly buy a PS3 for this game.

I bought the Japanese version of this at Fanime this year. It's possibly the best Japanese SRPG that I've played.

It's a beautiful game to be sure. I just hope that skill types and enemy types vary over time, games like these tend to get monotonous.

And they better make skies of arcadia 2 after this. Seriously. That needs to be their next game.
