I donít think the investors give a shit about our quality.

I've always considered them to be the Mcdonald's of the gaming industry (minus the dollar menu). Ya, occasionally I'll get a game published by EA, since often times they buy a developer during development of a title that's first in a franchise. These games usually don't go bad until EA puts the developers on the yearly installment plan.

You may want to go back and read that again. He never once said that EA had bad quality games. He said just what you quoted there.

"I don't think the investors give a shit about our quality.

And it's true. Investors care about making money. They could care less about the quality of product. If the product is crap, and sells really well, they invest. If the product is gold and tanks, they aren't going to put/keep their money there. It's just smart investing.

I personally have no opinion of the quality of EA games, as I don't buy them. You just really misinterpreted what he meant when he said that.

Yeah, I don't buy too many EA games. However, Mirror's Edge is really getting me interested.
