So I'm cosplaying Dr. Stein for a con coming up, and I was wondering out of what material I should make his head screw.

I want something that looks nice but isn't too heavy like sculpey. And I want it to be hollow so I can put another piece inside of it with ridges so it clicks when I turn it.

Any cosplay tips?

Try craft foam? Can't help you with the clicking, but make the screw out of layers of craft foam glued together then sealed with several coats of mod-podge and paint. Then you can cut a small hole in the inside and put the mechanism in there.

Try asking here (http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=146194). 'Tis where the Stein cosplayers gather.
