Having just finished Code Geass R2, Iím major-ly motivated to whip out a couple of the beautiful, beautiful, costumes they have.

But sadly I seem to have some kind of deficiency when it comes to sketching out patterns or making mock ups (I.E. My brain breaks when I try to put logic to anime clothing. )and to spite a top to bottom search of the internet, Iím also unable to find any patterns that fit what Iím looking for.

So I come to you for
A) Patterns. Anything that wouldnít need to much editing and has a big Ďdummyí label on it.
B) Helpful hints from people who have made these costumes.
C) Ö..There is no ĎCí x3 I just like the letter.

-Just the collar on this one. How I should do the neckline and so on.

Ashford Academy uniform; http://animeyume.com/blog/images/code_geass_artbook.png
-The uniform top. I'm confused about how to do that. : / I know it should either fold over or be separate from the uniform. But whenever I try to make a mock of it my brain breaks.

use "search this thread" to ask your questions, but keep the questions simple. i know the ashfor d uniform top question can be answered there. if not ask, you'll get a better answer than NOT asking in the forum

Thank's for your help. That post is mostly just announcements of who's working on what however, at least the parts Iíve read, however, so I think any questions ask there will just get over looks. Thatís been my experience anyways.

I second Benihime about using that thread, sometimes that are just questions people don't know how to answer and I personally find that thread very useful for more common questions~

For the Ashford uniform, it should definitely be one piece, folded over with snaps (easier for wear and less chance of costume malfunction). I suggest checking out a double breasted blazer pattern and instead of a triangular shape at the neck, just change the neckline to a boatline~
