The T-Shirt Ninja Brigade will strike with Febreeze, you can count on it.
You won't know when
You won't know how
You won't even know it happened, til you wake up smelling fresh...
We're just good like that. We've got real ultimate power.

I was unable to secure other crash space. So around 2 am, i headed over to the juliard room on 5th. The listing on the door said NYO 1am-7am, but the hotel concerige kicked us out at like 4 am, telling us they needed to clean the room, and that we needed to go up to our own rooms. Well, not having one, we tried hiding in a different room on another level, which was moderately sucessful, until that same conceirge came around, found us, and had us removed from the hotel by security. (at about 6 am.)

We eventually snuck back into the hotel, and spent the remainder of the evening camped in the atrium lobby on the 8th floor, surrounded by other hotel staffers, none of who gave us the least problem.

However, due to the antics of that particular concerige, i was unable to get any sleep whatsoever that evening. I'm still awake from saturday morning even now, as i post this.

I have other thoughts about both the con staff and the hotel itself, but i'll post those in the thread targeted at the topic of gripes.

Indeed. My girlfriend and I went down there on Friday, and after waiting for the organizers to show up at 1, we were told that there was no such offer ever extended, and they knew nothing about this top post. This caused us a big headache and was extremely inconvenient (and appears to have been a huge lie). Now, it seems to me that there was a communication gap or something, here, and I'd be curious to know exactly what happened.

This, among many other things, made for a pretty bad con.
