Hi guys! I really need your help. I've been searching around online for tips on how to make this outfit. I'm not really too worried about THAT yet, it's just, I reallly need help finding fabric for this 'barely covering everything' outfit. I found the perfect boots, contacts, wig, and fabric for the gloves. (well, I have to find the fabric, it's going to be the same material as the boots)

Basically, I'll show you guys all I have so far (and what I'm planning to get):

Wig: http://images.cosplay.com/photos/23/2302669.jpg
(I know it's a little short, and not really white, but it was the best one I could find in the time I got it)

contacts: http://www.youknowit.com/img/products/blue-glow-contacts.jpg
(They glow, a must have)

boots: http://images2.seductionextreme.com/PL-SKI3000SLV.jpg
(gloves will be made of same material(I know it's not exact, but I have very muscular legs, and very few boots can go over them if you know what I mean, these here are stretch material)

So I really need to know what would be a good fabric choice for the body? Her sides are made of lace and it's fitted to her body. I really need some tips, so I can start picking out fabric before I miss my chance to showcase it at the convention! D:

Here's a reference pic of her: http://ui24.gamespot.com/823/gloria1280.jpg

I need all the help and tips I can get.

I tried answering this post but the cosplay site just went gaga on me, so let me try remembering what I tried to write.

Fabric.I would say Lycra (4 way)and other stretchy (2 way) fabric that would work on the upper body. You have to combine fabric to get that look almost.
http://spandexworld.com/
The same for the boots, just have the basic shoe that has a similar design and make the leg cover that imitate a long boot, I would use stretchy pleather .The gloves is also the same material but thinner ie stretch vinyl
Here is sample of a site: ps this sites are for reference only

You basically have to make a body suite and paint the design on the outer thigh not unless you find a stretchy lace with similar design and apply it over the base lycra/spandex and the inside is a color that would match your skin , giving a nude look.

A similar design in one character from Devil King video game. The girls who cosplayed her character were pretty gutsy showing off their breast.

I am lucky there is overstock wholeseller near me , so if see these materials/fabric I just buy them but sometimes I get pretty good deals on ebay also

Oh thanks for the input. Heh and I love you said body suit, becuase I was thinking of something like that. (especially since my mum is against me wearing the outfit with out a leotard. -headdesk-)
So do you think it would be possible to work ontop of the leotard without it ripping or something?

Some Spandex Lycra material is pretty hardy especially the cotton blend .If you are going to paint or transfer over the design, the cotton blend would be the one to use, dancers use those, like the figureskate performers, or the swimming suite type.
If your mom doesnt want you to show off your breast either you can mix a different much lighter lycra on that area or wear a much form fitting thin lycra under that area , almost like a tube bra.
But you have to make your own body suite, so you can choose the fabric yourself and to get it to fit your body.since the design is V type then it shouldnt be hard to get into the suite. The inside part of the V part should be firm so the form stays straight with interfacing perhaps. There seem to be lace on the inside design on the V and lace on the collar. The collar might be the hardest of the garment. That is my weakness.

The details on you shoulder should be put over your shoulder in a way that you can snap it on or off . you need add a support heavyweight material just below the lycra, (that you can glue on with Fabritac easily)then apply the snap
I could draw out my suggestions better pm me with your email addy
ps i found a good site for fabric dyes /paint and more

Now with design trasnfer techinique , I am not sure if it works well with lycra because it is iron on.
