Okay I'm having a bit of trouble with the top half of my human pokemon costume. I'm trying to make a Buneary costume by using the following picture link below as a guide. I have the bottom half made but I'm having trouble with the top half. Not sure how to get started but i defaintly want to cover the top half and not just leave it bare. Might just make a hoodie.

My question is how do I make the homemade ears. Any suggestions? Any advice would be greatly appreicated.

JUST the ears, or the entire hood?

I'd probably make it out of fleece. You can wire the insides of the ears so that they stick up, as long as you have it nicely rooted to the base of the hood. For the fluffs you can stuff some fluffy-shaped fleece- making it more bumpy than normal stuffing might actually help you here.

Like Kitsoru said fleece and wire will work you might actually wanna stuff the ears not a lot but enough so the bend and look more plump, For the puffs i suggest cotton balls and spray paint. <3 good luck

A normal hoodie and add in ears. You make ears by making a simple pattern - think pillow.
Two sides, sew, turn insideout, then stuff and sew them to the hoodie.

You may want to try cutting the costume out of faom rubber. You can get the shape just right and it will hold its shape. Yopu can see a good version of the costume of this.
