So I just found out that one of my friends (an AMAZING Albert Wesker cosplayer) is going to be coming down for a con in August. My sister and I are already doing Kingdom Hearts, but we've decided to finish her already started Claire Redfield outfit from Resident Evil: Code Veronica.
But theres a little problem:
We can't find a vest for her

It doesn't have to be 100% acurate, but I would like to find one that's at least 90%.
I know we'll have to iron on the patters ourself, and thats fine. I know how to do that. But does anyone know where I can get a vest for her that won't cost an arm and a leg? We're kind of on a budget...

Hey, nice to meet you! :D

I think it's great that you're helping your sister with her Claire cosplay, that's wonderful!

Best of luck to you with the project! :)

What I would do If I were making her vest is to look for the nearest goodwill or a store similar to it, there are BOUND to have something that looks something like a colared zipped up dark-red jacket with long sleeves ( or short ones if your lucky) and I would cut off the sleeves to make it look lik her vest. Goodwill is pretty cheap most of the time so hopefully you get what your looking for.
