Hey there. This is my first time making a costume that requited any real work. I'm making a fake chin and I need some help. Can anyone tell me an affordable way to make a synthetic chin for this costume.

For those of you who don't know the Tick here's an image.

Are you going with Chin covered, or exposed ? If it's covered then you could include it as part of the "mask" and avoid the sticky build up of silcone. Just carve one from foam, eather soft or the stiff stuff at home depo. Strech spandex over the "chin" and sew it in place. I was going to make one about 8 years ago, made the chin. Failed at the muscles and gave up. I wish you success, and glad to hear someone is giving it a go. SPOON !!
