Hey, I'm currently working on this cosplay version of Link:

and I need some help with the gloves/gauntlets. I have a plan already for the rings around the wrists, but I need some help with the basic glove structure. I need the gloves to fit throughout the entire hand and forearm, and comfortably snug around the fingers. Any advice, pictures, or videos would be very appreciated!

This (http://adlezakuseru.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2tqxpt) tutorial is great! It's based on this (http://sew-ing.com/make/gloves.html) glove making tutorial. And this one (http://vintagesewing.info/1950s/50-hmg/hmg-toc.html) also.
I'm making Link's gloves, though the TP version.

BTW, and idea if one should let the grain/outside or the skin/inside of the leather material be on the right side of the finished glove? What's most accurate?

Ah, thanks so much that's PERFECT! Thank you very much for that link. :)

And this is only my personal opinion, but the skin side of the leather seems more visually pleasing.

I'm done with mine! I ended up using the grain side out, as it gives the gloves a rougher look. But both sides will work.
