So like only 2 sushi chefs had worked today, and it was so slow. So we were watching Iron Chef (Always watch that), and they were using some sort of slicing board. The other sushi chef (Mickey) thought he can make new ways to cut jalapeņos! So he decides to use our slicing board! He slid the jalapeņo through the slicer and it cut him down to his nail. He stared at for a while and was like, "Sssssssttttttt....ouch...okay thats not good *walks in to the back and panics*". LOL its so wrong, but it was insanely funny to me. Aaaah...I love my job. XD

Has a while yet until his cooking is "better than Cookin Mama's herself".

I wrecked a knuckle on a cheese grater once.

Well, it's fine now... thanks to my awesome powers of healing.

I actually took off most of my fingernail on a POTATO peeler, once. That was not fun. X_X
I certainly couldn't slice my own fish up for sushi, with how many sharp knives there are.
