Do you have 1-5 images in particular that you would like to be critiqued or commented upon?

Just viewed your album. I have to say, I was pleasantly entertained. You have a great eye, and I like what you have done when editing. Enhanced the photo instead of covering it up. :)

In your third album, is where I would like to give my advice. I noticed your pics, everything was in focus. While this is good sometimes, to give a picture mood (for example, purple hair, guitar, looking off into the distance, background was a concrete wall) it woulda been a good idea to focus the subject and blur the background. Would made the cosplayer pop, instead of sort of blending in, even though the purple hair is bright. :)

And that's my two cents. Keep up the good work! :D

Dear lord, man! You are one awesome beginner. You are awesome in general! Your costumes are beautiful too. You can pull off so many different looks too! That is so so cool!

You can always play around more with the effects on photo manipulation programs. Those are lots of fun, but you are so pretty that you could do fine with a totally raw picture!

You clearly have an eye for composition which is something a great majority of cosplay photogs (even with great equipment) lack. Keep that artistic eye with your shots as you learn more about the technicalities of your equipment and software and you're going to be great!

I agree with the postings above. For a beginner you have made some good shots. Nice angles and no disturbing background. You also worked with a great model. Keep up the good work.

I do like the shots. My only thoughts are use a little less cgi and photoshopping in things. I think that's the only area that needs work. The backgrounds are great as well as the entire theme of each photo.

I think you shouldn't use as many effects. The only reason I use them is because I haven't got Photoshop so I need to use Powerpoint and Paint.

Are you sure you're just starting out?? Haha... good job, man. Beautiful angles; really liked the Noctis set!

If there was one thing I would say to ease off of, it would be the special effects, as I think they're a little distracting in some of your photos. Fun, yes. But definitely a distraction. Not to say I don't like special effects-- I love them when they're used subtly to give that unique aesthetic to each photograph.

I'm sort of a beginner at cosplay photos myself, but certainly not at photography. I like your angles and your posing. Personally I'm not into using existing backgrounds unless they are very clean or very natural looking. I think you did pretty good on that for the most part, I'm not a big fan of post added effects either, I do my effects in camera when possible and very rarely add anything post. That however is a personal preference.

Wow, awesome job for a beginner :)

You certainly have an eye!

The angles, posing, lighting and editing are pretty good!

Somethings to start learning are to start shooting everything in manual. Love the lighting in your images, but you'll have so much more control shooting manually! :D
