Hey there guys! I'm planning a very very very low budget Bat-costume, that will mostly consist of things I already have. I will list below:

a black miniskirt I have or black mini-shorts I have
see through tights
black overknee socks
black waistwarmers (Is that the english name? No idea)
black boots
A batman shirt I will buy
A yellow belt I will buy

I have no idea about make up or hair and so far I imagine it too look as cheap as it is, which is my problem.

I know it will NEVER look as good as costumes I could buy, but I simply cannot affort it right now and need it by march.

I hope you guys have any ideas about how to "spice things up", Make up, Hair, anything. I really am desperate.

Thank you for reading it/advice

^yeah, that.

But:
This Version could be relatively cheap (http://popculture4fun.com/images/batgirl_comic.jpg) Image 2 (http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_jBy1StYaXkc/TA22XclDysI/AAAAAAAAAew/nKe9_zEd0pk/s1600/Batgirl.jpg)

You could use the leggings. Purchase yellow or white boots or make boot covers. Even tan can work in a pinch. boots on shopgoodwill.com (http://www.shopgoodwill.com/viewItem.asp?ItemID=9280824)

Buying a long sleeve black top IF you do not already own one.

Buying yellow fabric or dying white fabric yellow. (A bed sheet would work great). For the emblem, cut out a Bat shape on cardboard, trace onto fabric, cut out 2 peices, do a zigzag stitch around edges, flip inside out, do a straight stitch to finish it off, and use FABRIC Glue to attach to shirt. :)

For gloves: those yellow rubber dish gloves can work in a pinch, but for accuracy, you can always make a pair or look around for a suitable pair of gloves.

For the cape: a black sheet could work and then just stitch a yellow sheet to the other side, flip inside out, done! :)

Hope that helps.
This costume would not be super expensive if you do your shopping well.
