Hi guys! If any of you are like me, then you're an otaku having to make the rough choice of no church Sunday morning because you're busy having AWESOME at Animation On Display.

I'm looking to score the best of both worlds and have breakfast Sunday morning with a few of you like-mindeds. We can eat, pray, love (yeah, that was intentional) and kick off AOD's Sunday events with some new friends, while reserving time for God in our busy schedules. Day's events start at 10, so a 9 or 9:30 meetup should fit ever-so-snuggly.

Non-Christians are equally invited (OMR, JUST LIKE REAL LIFE!) but I understand this isn't everyone's thing. Kind of like Naruto. So come if you want, in cosplay (if you want!) :skidude2:

I've been to a few conventions where an actual priest has come (Yes, they do conventions, too) and has done a proper mass on sunday. I may join you, its been a few years since I have been to mass because of my jobs.

(I am even doing a TRANSFORMER mytho/historical/bible tale on my website http://www.j-a-gpictureproduction.com/tflitany )

Sweet! Last time I went to Comic Con, I actually stayed with a local pastor who used to go. The only downside was coming back and getting stuck in three-hour conversations about the Watchmen or the Green Lantern every night. >_<

There are worse problems to have.

My folks hosted priests and other church visitors who were special guests (And had prayer meetings while me and my brother were watching Wonder Woman in their room...) And one of the priests was a huge Doctor Who fan, while I was building my Police Box in the back yard... (This was back in the 1990's

Try fliers, too, around the water coolers. Nothing too overly religious. My thing is that sometimes organized religion can get too ostentatious and absurd with their imagery. .
