View Full Version : Nefertina a la Mummies Alive

Hey guys!

This will be the first time I'll be cosplaying and recently I've gotten back into the late 90's cartoon show, Mummies Alive!

I've looked up existing Nefertina costumes on here and have found a few! Literally. Like three.

So any tips how to make this first cosplay something I'll cherish and not a disaster which will scar me from ever wanting to cosplay ever again and possibly lead to a mental breakdown??

Much Love,

you could use ace bandages for the wrappings, just make sure you're wearing some kind of slip on shoes as the bandages wont protect your feet should you step on something.

as for her skin color, you can buy a zentai suit which will cover her legs/stomach/arms and then you'd have to find a makeup to match for her face or blend to the same color or you can just use straight up makeup (which is time consuming but looks nicer if done right)

skirt material is up to you. take creative liberties or base it off of Egyptian culture and what they actually had for fabrics back then or what not. again, its up to you what material you want to use.

her necklace you'll probably have to make or find someone to commission

Linen or muslin you cut into bandages and stain darker to the shade you need with water down acrylics.

chaos_magician did two of them (but used the same body wrappings.)

The torso wrapping you make into a zip up suit by sewing the wrapping down onto it. I would actually PM her to see how she made but it was basically a long shirt with short sleeves and and small collar.
