Hey, I was looking to buy a drocell kainz wig from Cosplay House.

I have heard many mixed reviews. I want the honest truth. How was your experience with the site? If you bought a wig, could you provide a picture or tell me how it went? Thanks in advance :).
P.S. I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, the site does commissions so I figured I should post it here.

Airvee left a review here:

(I searched the Commissioner Review Thread, and this was the only wig review; there are other reviews for cosplay if you just want to see how they are in terms of service)

The person I linked to left a positive review with the caveat that the wig was not what was pictured since CH clearly did not use their own pictures. Airvee said the long twintail extension she ordered took forever to untangle, HOWEVER that should not be a problem for a Drocell wig.

I actually own this wig and I must say, I'm not satisfied with it. They were quick to ship the wig, but the wig was not as described. The color is much darker than the picture shown..monitor settings cannot be used as an excuse for the difference in color. Also, when I received the wig, it did not have bangs..just one long chunk of hair that went down to my chin. I was able to make bangs out of this easily, but the worst part of the wig was the spikes. Because they pack the wig in an envelope, the spikes were crushed by the time I took it out of the bag. Not only that, the glue they used for the spikes is white and very noticeable. I ended up brushing out the glue and re-styling the wig myself. I feel as though you would be better off buying a base wig and styling it yourself since pre-styled Drocell wigs are hard to find. I have a picture of myself wearing the wig after I styled it but please note that I am facing the sun, so the wig appears lighter.

Thank you both for your input! And @Tory, I'll be sure to avoid them then. However, the wig looks lovely on you! It just doesn't look like the one on the website.

A few days after I posted my response above, sharkgrrl2000 posted another review, this time strongly negative:

From the sound of it, it's really a crap-shot whether you get something useable for your intended character. I wouldn't recommend a store like this.
