I made this sword for a customer who could no longer purchase it. So, I am offering it for free right now for 3 weeks to see if anyone wants it. If not, then I will have to dispose of it. I hate to see my hard work got to waste so I am hoping someone can just cover the cost of shipping. You can either go with ground shipping or faster shipping like EMS. Ground shipping for this sword is $45 and EMS shipping is $70.
The sword is made from PVC and can be broken down into 3 parts for easy storage/travel. Photos can be seen at the links below.

Please email me skywalkerlhf@gmail.com if you would like to take this sword.
Thank you

it really isnt free then if you still have to pay money out of your pocket and the shipping price is wayy to high..

If shipping was lower I'd take it.

I think that is more than a little unfair for you to say. Should I really be expected to pay out of my pocket to ship something that I am giving away? It is bad enough this customer bailed on me, leaving me with this sword taking up space and I lost money on the materials and hard work that I poured into this prop. I really do not want to have to throw away something that I have worked so hard on, but if no one can at least pay to have the item shipped to them, then that will be my only option. The shipping price is decided by the shipping company, not me BTW.

Well you know what?

its true not only is it true your title is very misleading

the last time I CHECKED free ment without cost or payment paying for shipping doesnt fit in the without cost or payment aspect and you should of never made the whole prop without down payments 1-2 weeks

you should pay for the shipping its your fault =__=

and yes i do expect you to pay out your pocket

and not to mention nothing cost $70 shipping ur getting paid thru shipping you might as well said $70 for the sword then free shipping would of made sense right??

good luck finding someone who going to pay all of that it may just end up in the trash

There is no need to be putting in negative comments on his ad. For something made with the materials that he uses and taking time to do the paint job, he has a right to put in a little cost for the shipping. It gives 2 options of paying for the shipping. It does not say ("Shipping is ONLY $70). $45 is the other option and I'm sure it's either from the weight and height. You don't need to be rude, he is only trying to sell his weapons for a fair amount. It's not like he's asking for $100+. If you're going to put your 2 cents in about this, at least have a little respect for the seller, if not, don't even write anything onto his ad.

no ones being rude im making a point

and who made you the person who said " i cant post in here" haha your funny ill post where ever i want and say whatever i want understood?

and his ad is a lie this isnt free obviously if you dont know what free is then look it up on google how about that?

i did respect the fact he put effort in it but its his fault that he didnt get all his payments from the person he was making the sword from

and idc what anyone says this isnt free you still have to pay either way

and BTW its called freedom of speech thank you<3

everyone i asked even said this isnt free so this isnt just from my mouth its from others too

Its also freedom of speech to say you are being a child about it. It's not his fault the client backed out. He's trying to give someone a heck of a deal.

I'm sorry your client backed out, I've had it happen to me as well, I hope you find a home for it,l would be shame for so much work to go to waste man.

i dont think you know what the word FREE really means SasoriCereal. I dont want this to make you not want to commission your wigs from me, but you have to understand shipping does not make it NOT free. free means they arent charging you for the product or making profit off of it. its free to the extent that they are getting no money out of it. look at tv ads. they say "buy now and get this free....just pay separate shipping...." they say that because shipping isnt the same as selling the product. your not paying for the item itself, your paying the post office to deliver it to you. also look at the coke bottles that have a free drink under the cap. you take that cap up to the register and they ask for 10 cents. thats because you have to legally pay sales tax on any taxable item (only true in taxed states)

however!! i will say this. op, you should from now on start a thing where once the materials are bought, they cant get that refunded. since, once you make the item, the materials cant be returned. so therefore if all a sudden they decide that they dont want it, they dont get the money from the materials back.

Technically, it's free (postage and handling are always an assumed extra price -- look at infomercials -- it will say you get this free -- fine print it states plus shipping and handling). This seller is saying the same. Also, this seller looks to be from out of China. $45 to ship from China makes perfect since due to customs and overseas handling.

The product is free. Shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer.

I'm not sure what you're issue is, as you're not taking it anyways. To expect a seller to pay out of their own pocket to send a free product to you is absurd talk.

You're only causing yourself to look bad in the eyes of many cosplayers here. Your immature behavior of trying to troll is quite pathetic.

To the OP, this thread should hopefully be closed soon, since this deal is remarkable. Sorry to hear your client backed out on you...there are many commissioners that do the same. It's generally easier for a buyer to get money back from a failed commission than the opposite. I hope this finds a good home.

Problem is, you say you were making a point. Your point was not made. Good show.

Wait wait, did you just tell me not to speak, yet you were telling someone else you could say whatever you wanted? Pot calling the kettle black. Please come back when you've grown up and learned how to spell. It shows your age.

"Shorting" words? Shortening perhaps? Yes, I do believe that's correct grammar.

Your point was missed in all the clutter of your immaturity. This is someone's product thread...not a debate section. No one understood what business you had here, as your point was flawed and not needed. You are entitled to your opinion, sure, but so is everyone else, just not to the point of ruining someone's thread. Calling names and throwing out insults that do not pertain shows your ignorance (lack of understanding of knowledge on a particular subject/matter -- just to clarify, as not an insult).

This is a thread about a product that needs to be sold, traded, or given away. If you aren't here to do so, then move along. If you want to state your opinions on something, go to the general talk forum. His product and the price is not up for discussion. It's HIS price and product, not yours.

He is a she and it was a big misunderstanding...she didn't know nor did I that you were from china. The shipping makes sense now that I know that. I'm sorry for saying what I said...didn't mean to cause a flame war.

Popping in to say that the sword looks awesome! If only I were cosplaying from that series, I'd buy this sword in a heartbeat. Also, $45 ground shipping is a pretty good deal when that's all you're paying.

Also, maybe you should think about closing this thread out and start a new one so the "controversy" isn't cluttering up the actual sale.
