Hey all, just dropping by to say hi. What are you thoughts on the picture below?

Good exposure, good use of your light. Were you carrying around an umbrella, or just have a station set up and waited for passers-by, or have an assistant?
I would have liked a shallower depth-of-field, but outdoors without a ND you might have been bumping up against your flash sync speed even at the lowest ISO, so not able to open up the aperture any more.
For full-length portraits I prefer to be pretty far away from the model to minimize perspective distortion. Looks like you were pretty close and using a moderately wide focal length, so you're getting a little bit of perspective distortion.
Pose and framing could be better. I don't really like the hidden right hand, put that hand to use doing something... dramatic. Really, I greatly prefer some sort of dramatic pose and facial expression for just about any cosplayer - hopefully the subject knows what pose their character would make, anything other than just "stand there and smile."
I would like to see the negative/open space to be in front of the subject instead of behind the subject. Having her in the left half of the frame and facing left, it looks like she's on her way out of the frame, which is just a bit unsettling. Aim the camera left just a smidge so she's leading into the frame. That would minimize the distracting figures in the background right, too. And step to the left just a bit too, to better frame her head in the bright reflection in the glass.
The odd framing seems to be a recurring theme in most of that set. Model is in the left part of the frame and facing left, with a lot of wasted space on the right.
Something's not quite right with the processing but I can't quite put my finger on it in the Facebook resolution. And, it might be the Facebook resampling that's doing it. A bit too much sharpening/clarity? I'm not sure. It's quite distracting in the complex pattern on her stockings.
Overall good, but some little tweaks would make it great.
