Welp I need some Jewel paint thats going to stick to plastic thats transparent.. =x This is for my Lina Inverse costume

It took me a while to remember this - I believe there is a translucent paint designed for painting on glass, to do stained glass stuff on vases and such. I saw it at Hobby Lobby I think. Other than that, I don't know if it comes in translucent but you might try looking at model paints, since it's designed to stuck to plastic. If you have just a jewel shape that's clear, the only other thing is to back it with colored foil (you'll probably want to anyway) but that only works from head on. If you'd cast them yourself, you could have added dye. Anyway hope I helped some.

glass paint is a worthy option. i used blue glass paint on one of my Lulu necklaces, and it worked beautifully. you can buy it at most craft stores, and i'm almost positive that they even have it at wal*mart.
