View Full Version : Post Your Persona Cosplays

If it's allowed, this can be a place for Persona Cosplayers to get some cosplay photo critiques, or to just show off what you're doing, and what you've done. :D This is a constructive thread.

This is my first time crossplaying outside the theater. Here's some photos I took with my phone -- No photographer. Just me. Sadly, my actual camera with a timer had a dead battery. There will be more stance-oriented photos to come with our 42" flat screen. *stares at her battery.* Charge, darn you!

The only photoshopping was to get rid of fine lines and a couple of acne scars, sharpen the lighting (it was in my hallway), and recolor my black glasses to orange since I haven't bought the paint yet to make my spare glasses into the ones we all know and love.

I'm still working on the school uniform.

I did some very light shading make-up over a thin layer of foundation to sharpen my features. I have really chubby chipmunk cheeks, so it took a bit of contouring.

Not the best, still needs some work..But this is my Minato cosplay for P3. The MP# player is real so I can actually play music and listen to it. But I need to add the zippers to the side pockets. Other then that, it's pretty accurate..I'll be hopefully makeing a new gun soon here, as well as the gun belt and holster. Anyway, yea, that's mine

Removed - Noticed this thread was intended for photo critiques, not critique/feedback on the costumes themselves. Sorry about that. Mods please feel free to delete this post.

Oh my gosh! Sorry this took so long to reply! It's been a crazy week involving the death of my laptop, and almost all of my tax return on a replacement tower. But I'm alive!

I like the patch, and the hair is spot on. Good job on the Evoker. If do create another one, post pics. It's a good Minato. :) It looks like you put a lot of work into this.

A friend of mine likes to use acrylic paints on hard surfaces. It tends to chip off of shiny plastic, so if you make another evoker, that could be something to keep in mind for smooth lines. Priming it will keep it from chipping (as badly.).

Visage; It's for costume critiques/feedback, too. :) If you've made something, post it. :)

Gentlemen! Behold!
Jacket (http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y195/javachick/IMG_20130221_220302_zpsc72b5149.jpghttp://)!
My jacket is finished as of tonight. The uniform is now complete. Only now, at the end, do I understand ----that I shouldn't have used a woman's jacket.

epicserendipity, Thank you soo much!! That gives me more confedence to wear it. I mean I really like it now so..lol I as gonna sell it, but then people talked me into not selling lol And I AM remaking it..Actually it's almost done..
And that one you see in the pics, is actually complete crap lol As much as you may like it, I literally half-asses the entire gun..I decided halfway through I didn't want cardboard because the weight is WAY too light for me and cardboard crushes a tad easier..The new one is foam though. I have coated it like a zillion times with the glue+water method (simple paper macete past) then I'm gonna use spray paint for the silver, and I have the other colors I need in acrylic paint (which I also know works in what I'm doing) so yea..

Also, your jacket is so dead on..You altered it I'm guessing (from what you said about buying a female coat)? well you did wonderful
