I want to make a Chun Li costume but I haven't a clue how to make her wrist spikes. Anyone know how to make them that's been Chun Li in the past.

Heehee, the way i did it was easy! : ) Get a strip of the yellow/white foam that's like one inch thick. Then take your black satin/vynil/etc. make a strip that is 5 2/8th inch wide and however long you need it(the leangth around your wrist). Fold the fabric in half lenght wise right side together making a casing of sorts. Turn the casing inside out. Then you can slide the foam through the center. You take both end and put em togehter and stich em together, and this should make the basic bracelet. For teh spikes, what i did was i went out and bought those metal frosting tips. Then I hot glued em onto the bracelet and did gold puss paint trip around the spikes. I know that's confusing but if you don't understand let me know!

Kuja? WAH!! I know you! Sorry to sound like a rabid fan girl but I admire you sooo much!! I love all your costumes!! You're great! Anywho how do you get onto your site, I clicked the link and got this 5000 hits thing, but it has no link to your actual site. Also what my friend did for Chun Li is the uber cheap way. Cut foam as thick as you want it, glue the ends together around your wrist and wrap electrical tape around it. Sad isn't it? But it cost like 12 bucks.

Carolina, that is awesome! I would never have thought of that method... and frosting tips! XD That's brilliant. I must keep this in mind for future costumes!
