Anyone got any tips for making a males legs look feminine? Okay yeah you have the shaving and such to get rid of hair. But my legs are rather flabby, so I was curious whether anyone had any tips of making legs looking more 'female' like or how to get rid of flab around the hips and knees?

Thankee ^_^

Aerobic exercise. Swimming, dance (ballet, jazz, etc), some styles of martial arts, and running. That'll help cut down on the flab a bit, and strengthen some.
Combine some strength-focused form of yoga or pilates with the aerobic exercise for great toning. :)

I do about 45 mins of treadmill in 2" heels 2 to 5 times a week.
And don't try to hide hips. In this case it's good if they look full.

Hrmm, what about flattening the tummy somewhat then? I only really bother doing sit-ups every so often at the moment xD

You can have rock hard abs or a 6 pack, but if you don't do any aerobic exercise, you can still have a layer of fat overtop, hiding them.

Also, when you exercise, your body chooses where to lose the fat from. So, for me, being a girl, I might want to lose my belly, but my body might choose to lose first from my legs, then my boobs, then finally my belly. So, if you don't see results right away, keep trying. Your body should get around to it eventually!

Always wear pantyhose or tights with your costume. It tones your legs and gives them a smoother, sleeker look.

Eleryth point is very important: when your body needs to burn calories, you CAN"T tell it where to take them from.

Working out a specific area excercises and tones the muscles there and their stylized shape will affect the look of the whole area, but contrary to infomercial claims it won't necessarily shed fat from that specific area.

as kokuu siad i woud suggest tights or such...

also for me i am naturally thin, but i play ddr alot too so my legs get alot of tone from that (Beyond being naturally thin)

for abs if you kinda have a tummy...maybe situps or something? (i have to keep my abs soft looking...).
if you have liek a 6 pack i dont knwo me i kinda try to keep a balance between eating stuff that keeps the layer of fat ther but not like a prob. if you really have well defined 6 pack or soemthing...it might be hard to to crop tops or such. wouldnt suggest letting a nice figure as a guy go to being soft an not well defined unless you so desire that look ^^;;;

Feminine body's have a slight curved to them. If your going to do some aerobic exercises I suggest playing DDR. By playing DDR you kill 2 birds with one stone. By that I mean you gain some experience at the game while losing weight at the same time. In my opinion the key to having a good feminine body is to just work out. I subscribed to a gym. Although females don't have overly huge muscles. I suggest that have at least a basic muscle tone. I think someone brought up the topic of abs. I have noticed that females don't really get 6 packs only males. But.. they have a basic shape of a six pack. Just remember curves dude curves.

Females can get 6 packs actually, it's a genetic thing who gets 6 packs and who doesn't. Usually in females they aren't quite as pronounced. Don't TRY to get a 6 pack, it's very unhealthy to work to get one if you are not genetically meant to.

Now i have giant calf muscles, a thigh muscles. Women carry their strength in their legs. Mine are even more pronounced because of horse backriding (english) and kick-boxing. Now i understand riding horses is a big money and time commitment thing, but trust me, the calf and thigh muscles you get going it are great. AND more feminine in appearance than those of say, a runner. (I know this from seeing male horse riders). Also a person uses their stomach muscles a LOT when riding, so it'll help flatten and strengthen abs without insanely bulking them up.

Dani, you run treadmill in heels!? That's amazing! I can't even walk in heels over an inch! awesome! ^_^

Dance, dance, DANCE! hmph! Ballet is great, but if you're too scared, you can try Jazz, too. Lots of good actors used to dance. Patrick Swayze took ballet back in the day. ^__^

Only way to know for sure I'll be able to perform the dance routines if my group ever gets on stage. 2 or 3 inch heels are almost second nature to me. That way they don't become a liability.

Think of Vegas showgirls, ot Radio City Rockettes. They wear their heels to train the whole day and then do two shows a night, three on weekends...

At first I thought you were an awesome crossplayer. Now...I envy you for being able to wear heels and run in them.
