Um I'm not sure if there is a thread about this but does anyone know how to make a fake scar and put the scar on the desired face part?

Try going to a Wallmart, or a Halloween Store, they sell realistic scars there...some also come with a special glue that make it stick to your face...

You can also try rigid collodion. It's a clear liquid when applied to skin will pucker as it dries to create an indentation and scarlike effect. It's smells a bit like nail polish until it dries. You can add fake blood or other makeup if you need the scar to look more "fresh." RC is pretty common in theatrical makeup and easily available. or if you want something more graphic, you can go with latex scar products made from Scarecrow or Woochie. These are attached with Spirit Gum, a skin adhesive.
All of which are pretty inexpensive and easy to use.
We sell both at www.displaycostume.com or you can get them at your local costume store. There are also many places online that carry these products. Ben Nye, Mehron, Kryolan are some of the other pro-makeup companies.
Forgot to add Cinema Secrets/Woochie: they've just come out with a Red Rigid Collodion which may work well for more clean yet bloody scars.

There's also a few links in the Cosplay.com FAQ (http://www.cosplay.com/faq.php) regarding how to make scars with makeup.
