A couple friends and I dressed up as DDR arrows for the 2004 ACEN convention at Rosemont. We didn't think it would such a big hit but it turned out that we ended up getting over 200 pictures of us taken and wanted requests for us next year! Just letting you all know we'll be back next year but with alot more surprises!

please respond back with what you thought about us and maybe some ideas we can do next year.

I saw you in the line for the dealer's room Saturday - my friend got a picture so I didn't. (And she hasn't uploaded her pics yet, sigh.) It amused us, and the lights were a nice touch.

This might be better posted in the ACen forum though. ;) If so, I bet a mod will move it...

Crazy idea, I love it! I think, if you were to do it again, that dressing in the same color as the outline of the arrow would help the look. It would make it 'match' more. And the lights are awesome!

we were thinking about doing that, but thanks for the idea!

haha great idea!!...you need to figure out a way to do the hold down/ stomp tail thing (forgot the name of when you have to hold down an arrow)....that would be amazing.

It was very cute, a lot more creative than the people who just cut up a ddr mat and wear it over their shirt. I liked the christmas lights in them.

I love that idea...then you can have more friends join you. Also these people that wear the mats on their shirts, that's just pain crazy...why tear up a mat!!!

I have a friend who wants to know how you installed the lights and got them to light up. :) Curiosity mostly - she saw my pics and was impressed.

they were basicly christmas lights attached to a small battery back which ran off of AA batteries.
