Allright! This thread is for the official Cosplay.com photo shoot @ Anime Central 2003.

Place: The fountian on the lower level of the hotel(Just take the elevators in the center of the hotel, then head towards the right)

Please select what time sounds good to you guys, and we can go from there!

Since I'm on staff @ the con(Masquerade), I might be able to get a bit of con help on this.

And I will post the sign on the board for everyone to see when they get there, 1st thing Friday morning!

Also, shoot a PM to Ranma(He's on the NYO! Cosplay section here) about having a Cosplay.com badge made. That way, we can find out who's who and let them know about the shoot, if they didn't know already.

Hi Venus! ^_~

Wow.... You're on Con Staff?! I'm so jealous! ;-;

I think that the photo shoot should be before (or even after, but before seems less "chaotic" than after the Masquerade! :) ) the Masquerade on Saturday Night. Saturday is usually the day when everybody wears their best costumes.

It should be on Saturday definetly because Friday isn't all lively and not as many people to be quite frank with ya!

Yes, I agree that before the masquerade on Saturday sounds good. Btw Venus, that's cool you are on staff. How do you become part of the staff? I am just curious.

His name is: Ranma Saotome. Just go under the "members" section here, and shoot him a private message.

Well, I was "volunteered" by the staff this year to help with the line and door work for the masquerade, since my daughter was a contestant(check the Acen 2K2 videos thread to see her footage).

They were so impressed with me(I have worked at a local con for about 3 years), that they asked me(or as I was told "I was put in the budget of the con") to be on staff.

I believe that they are still looking for help, so shoot them a email about it.

Ack . . . *ponders* Any time should be okay for me, unless it interferes with actually being in the masquerade, cause I think there's a small chance that might happen. I'd hate to miss the party . . .

Actually, please shoot *me* a private message as Ranma is not in charge of setting things up like this for this site.

As for the photoshoot time and place, please coordinate that with me as well since cosplay.com will be there and we'd like to make sure we can make it to our own "official" photo. Please do not place "official Cosplay.com" in front of anything before contacting me first. Last time this happened, problems occurred and I was the one held liable by the security at the hotel. Next time I'm held liable for something I had nothing to do with, I will be passing the liability along.

I am closing this thread before even more people mistake who actually coordinates official events on this site.
