I've also been wondering this as well, but the only place I can think of is:

Maybe this one is what you are looking for:

3 words: Wet 'N Wild.

Unfortunately, they're only around during the Halloween season, but luckily, their stuff gets shipped to stores at about this time.

Wet n' Wild does indeed have that color, though if all else fails, try finding a bright green eyeshadow in the color you want. Use a neutral colored lipstick as a base, then just put the green shadow right over it. Use the tip of your finger to blend it in, applying more as you go along if you need to, one you'e done, use a lip gloss (preferably with a brush applicator and not a sponge) over top. *nodnods*

Costume shops also tend to carry strangely colored lipsticks. At least I know the one I worked does. Try www.chicagocostume.com and if you don't see it on the site, ask. I know I saw green and black when I was there.

there is a costume store near where i live (sacramento, CA) that has stuff like that. but you can always use eye-shadow or green face paint (i have done it beofre, but it is not very comfy. but, then again, neither is the eyeshadow trick) costume stoes often have it, esp. if you have a large one nearby.

This might sound offbeat, but maybe kool-aid? You mix it with enough water to make a paste, then put it on your lips. After about five minutes (emphasis on about), you take off the paste, and your lips should be stained green. Then just put on a light green lip gloss.

Ew, dont use wet n wild. It's so cheaply made that it dries out your lips and makes them HURT. I never use any of their products. Ugh.

Since it's Halloween season (and yes, A LOT of stores have their stuff out already), it's a treasure chest out there now for weird and unusual styles and colors of lipstick. I'm sure if you went to Halloween shops, costume shops, and or regular stores with a Halloween section, I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for. :)
