I tried to look into it a little, but does it focus mainly on sci-fi and stuff, or is there a great deal of anime in this con??

anime is slowly starting to get a lil bigger at i-con^o^ the more anime cosplayers there in 2003 the better!!!!^o^

I believe that I-Con is around the end of March, which gives me a measly 2 and a half months to get myself together.....::tear:: I suggest buying your membership NOW as the longer you wait the more expensive it becomes. I already missed the January 1 deadline and can't pay my 18 dollar (or maybe its 28, it says 18 for students but it may be the college students ::shrug::) fee. But I'm planning on being Trunks for 2 days and Bejita for one (cuz I can just change the hair). If anyone else is doing DBZ gimme a pm! Maybe we'll meet and, y'know, scare the norms!

i checked the website and its said like 40 bucks (don't quote me on that, i'm not sure) at the door for all 3 days for an adult. to me thats expensive cuz, well, as disgracefull as it is, I make 5.15 an hour....... at Carvel no less :( But no matter, I WILL GO! I got someone making my Saiyajin Armor. All I need is some hair dye, some contact lenses (yes, I'm visually impared) and um, lots of stretchy form fitting clothing =X.X= yeah, not TOO excited bout that, but I don't care, as long as I get to be Bejita......mmmmmmmmmm........Saiyajin-ness.......

What's the price for one day?
I talked a friend (who's a big sci-fi fan too) into going so she and I may actually go. :)

I might cosplay also.

Thanks, my computer keeps crashing trying to find the cost details. $33 for Saturday isn't too bad really.

Its true that I-CON is really known...it's not as big as Otakon or AXNY >.< But, I-CON is expecting about 5000 people. Its at Stonybrook college this year (and just so happens they teach japanese there). Its all about fantasy, sci-fi, technology, and fantasy and it's gunna ROCK this weekend! ^^ Im so excited!!!!
