Ok, I have 'till August to finish this:
BHK from KH2.
I need to get done:
Wrist bracelet
White Jacket
Black Sweater(in progress)

Ref pics:

I can get the inner sweater done without problems.
My question is to all those fabric masters out there. I was wondering what I should use for material for the chaps and outer jacket. I'd like something a bit stretchy, like stretch twill.
Any help is welcome and thanks for reading.

Actually, I'm going through similar(update (http://www.cosplaylab.com/cosplayers/costumes/details.asp?costumeid=60026))work now that the full-body reference picture has been released. All the reference pictures I had prior were the classic "over the shoulder running shot", sitting on the clock tower, his fight with Axel, and the encounter with that huge white behemoth.

Anyway, to answer your question... I opted for grey polyester/cotton twill mixed fabric; since it was pretty durable, inexpensive and easy to sew on. The result didn't look too bad either, though since the navy blue shirt I wore underneath(this is before it was later revealled as a zip-up vest)was too long, the jacket was designed differently than interpreted and it was *hell* trying to make a checkered wristband(of which I opted to just wear a black one). So that's what I'm set to redo next time around...

I was thinking of a strech twill too... I'm hoping that I might be able to wear the jacket outside a con if it comes out good enough.
