Yeah, I know that title sounds idiotic, but I didn't know how else to title it. My shinigami cosplay is a bit wrinkly, I was wondering if I should take it to the dry cleaners or not or just iron it myself? Can anyone give me suggestions on this. Thanks in advance.

it depends what material its made out of, if you pre shrunk it or not. I would dry clean it especially if it means alot to you.

if you're not sure how it will fair with the iron, iron it through a towel... Like put the garment under a towel then iron the towel, the heat will go through.

My cosplay is made out of 100% cotton. Do you guys think that I can trust the dry cleaners?? Or should I just do it myself?

It should press beautifully. Just mind the pleats and use steam.

I press mine constantly... I sneeze at it an it wrinkles. I had to iron it every morning at Acen, but it only took about 15 mins.
