Here's a bit of info about Cosplay related Programming for NDK this year. ^_^ Please keep in mind that these are all tentative, there is a chance that days and or panels will change.

Friday:
Colorado Gothic Lolita Society
- Local Gosuroli's!

General Cosplay Panel
- Zippers, pattern drafting and more! Oh my!

Cosplay Sign-up
- If you want to be part of the Masq sign up is on Friday night from 9-11pm. Sign up is first come first serve. Please visit http://www.ndkdenver.org/ for specifics.

Iron J-Rock Cosplay
- Ductape + newspaper = Le Ciel Mana?

Saturday:
Bride of Cosplay Make'n'Take
- This year we are planning to make Fairy Wings so there will be a nominal fee for supplies. Doors will close an hour before the panel ends so that everyone will have time to complete their projects.

Stage Presence
- Come and learn about preforming from the award winning Beverly Alliss.

Wing Styling
- The adventures and misadventures of making your own wings.

Final Fantasy Cosplay
- Need I say more? ^_^

Crossplay
- Need fake clevage or no clevage at all? Come and learn all you need to know about crossplay from some of the best!

Cosplay Contest
- Well, I'm sure you know what that is. ^_~

Sunday:
Wig Styling (Possible Panel)
- Need to get those giant spikes just right? Come and learn more about styling wigs from Emily DeJesus and Monia Rial.

Cosplay Winners Circle
- Come and hear from Masq winners how they created their costumes.

Cosplay Roundtable
- Shoot the breeze and talk shop!

That's all for now! Let me know if you are running a panel and would like to change your blerb. ^_^

At least it one less thing to prepare for for the con, eh?

Next year if you would like to volunter for a panel make sure you let the programing Chair know waaaay in adavance. I would say at least 3 months before, that way you can be assured a spot. =D
In fact she is already putting panels on the schedule for 2006.

The Cosplay Roundtable is slotted for 2 hours so that would be a good time to share. =D The more the merrier!

Lauren, For the cosplay make-and-take, do I pay you on the spot? How much do you predict the fee to be?

Yes, cash at the door. Hopefully it be around $5, but we haven't purchased materials quite yet. ^_^;;
I'll updated the info as it gets closer to con time. =D

Just so people know the time for costume/cosplay contest registration is being moved from Friday night 9-11 to Friday evening 5-7 with orientations for the different categories (cosplay, kids, masters, costume contest, not necessarily in that order) after that. If there are any more changes to this (there shouldn't be) I'll let everyone know so you can plan your schedules accordingly.
