I'm going to Dragoncon 2006 as Integra but I haven't been able to find a

Integra costume online, so I'm probably going to make it myself any ideas?

I was wondering about Integra's neckerchief How would I go about finding one? And should I just get a cross pin or what? Please help!!

Olive green suit, double-breasted, cuff turned up at the bottom. Looks pretty straightforward. It shouldn't be too hard to either buy or find a pattern for and make.
The kerchief would appear to be a simple strip of blue fabric (like a ribbon) tied into a bow with a long tail (watched the show, but never paid much attention to Sir Integra's outfit until now). The blue fabric could be an opaque silk (in keeping with the character), or a soft but heavy cotton (think 300 thread count or more cotton sateen sheets). You could probably find a gold-toned cross ring to use, or you can make one. I would probably make the ring part split so I could crush it into place and have it stay.
Do a Google image search for Sir Integra. The first couple sites that come up have really excellent character pics.
I can't quite tell if the bow part is separate and there is another ribbon under it to give the long tails, or if the long tails are just the ends of the bow which droops down on top of them and is held in a downward position by the cross.

More people frown upon Anime-Integral than anything, so I'd actually recommend her manga costume. It's a black suit with gold buttons, and a red or blue tie. Looks better than baby-puke green any day o_o

I bought a double-breasted suit from Salvation Army and just hemmed the sides so it wouldn't be a pillow on me, then added gold buttons to it (since Rip Van Winkle has the same suit.). The cross pendant can be bought at any kids store like Claire's or Hot Topic. I got mine for my anime Integral costume (of ages past) at a Sterling Silver vendor at my mall, and it's served me well since. If you never intend to use the cross for anything other than cosplaying Integral, you can superglue it to the knot of the tie (remember, the arms of the cross go over where the knot and tie meet. The whole cross should not be over just the knot.)

If you want to do her coat, here's a good example of it:

I like the sound of the manga costume better I can't stand that color green >_< I think I'll go with the manga colors they sound more awesome. Thanks for your contribution. :D

Rip Van Winkle: Nice. Definitely sounds more interesting than an olive drab suit with Sephiroth hair and glasses. ;)

Now now, let's not be dissing Sephiroth here...I'm a huge fangirl of his. (Even moreso now that I've seen Advent Children twice...omfg *drool*)

Anywho, her hair is a bit more cornflower yellow than platinum blonde in the manga (at least the way Hirano colors it), so I guess it depends on the cosplayer's preference.
