Hi, I think this qualifies for this section, cause the sword in question will be part of a costume, but I was wondering if anyone it the Toronto area knew how to do the Sageo knot on a katana sheath... the one that was on it kinda got cought when it was removed from the box...

thanks, any help would be great!

Oh, those have been in my favorites for months. I was researching swords for a project, and once I knew the Japanese name for it, it wasn't too difficult to find them but it took a little searching. But if you don't know the term, it's rather difficult (like looking for tsukamaki, the art of wrapping the hilt). ^^

Glad they help, and don't feel bad! It's not like I just searched for them when I saw your thread - I thought, "I have websites bookmarked already! I can help!" :bigtu:
