Hi,

I know this is a silly question, but where do you get the air for airbrushing? I found a place to get all the art supplies (airbrush and paint, etc) but I don't know where to buy the containers of air. Also, has anyone else used an airbrush before and could give me tips? I'm painting a spandex suit... ^^

You'll probably need CO2 (See-oh-2)-which is what they use in paintball guns to fire the paintballs. First, you'll have to find a provider-a hardware store may sell CO2 in a tank. Or you may have to provide the tank-you'll need a lot of it. As far as, how to get the CO2 into the gun-I don't know. You'll probably want to as the people that work at the art supplier. Or check the rest of the net for more info-they sell a magazine specifical for airbrushers you should look it up, I can't remember the name, but it's good.

...Or, if you're really cheap, you can just blow into it really hard ;D

I checked with my dad there's also compressed air and nitrogen. Compressed air is the cheapest.

If you have a Micheal's in the area, they have airbrush kits there. Comes complete, I think
