I want to make the Bubblehead Nurse from Silent Hill 2 but I'm not really sure how to make the head part.

I already have some ideas but I don't know if they'll work, maybe you guys have some ideas how to make the head part, but so that I can still SEE something and BREATHE.
The nurse has no eyes and ears and nose etc.

Here a picture:

I'm very grateful for any idea you can offer me!

The simplest way I can think of to make that mask would be to heatgun/vacuuform some polystyrene onto a cast of your face. That would give you the smooth, white bobblehead and you'd be able to breathe, but not see. Even if you put lenses inside it, they'd fog up within a minute and you'd be blind again. It seems eyeslits would be unavoidable. Not only to allow you to see, but to keep the inside of the mask dry and the spirit gum from crystallizing.
The only other option I can think of would be to make partial face prosthetics (out of foam latex maybe) to cover your eyes and mouth. That'd be more comfortable, but still, you'd be blind.
I dunno what people have against cosplaying blind. It can be done! As long as you have a spotter/seeing-eye person.

I think the latex foam would be a good place to start. If not Ich wiess nicht. Thats a tough one.

You can always go ghetto/cheap (like I would, if I were doing a SH2 nurse MUAH~) -- and use a stocking, like you see the bank robbers do in the all the movies and stuff. XD You can see and breathe -- but it covers everything. And you could always splatter some red and brown paint on it while it's outstretched and then let it dry like that.

I am doing this cosplay too, and I think the best way to make a mask/head wrap is to wind cheesecloth around your head. It's breathable and i believe you will be able to see out of it, but I have not tried it yet. All you have to do is get enough length, splatter, grunge, and distress it up before you wear it, and it should work. But like i said, i have not tried it yet, sooo...who knows?? :3

Please do not bump threads that are two years old. ^^; Especially when there is already a major thread for that topic (a.k.a. the Silent Hill thread).
