www.rpgfan.com has some of the artwork from the game on their site. They don't allow direct linking, but you can go to Pictures/PlayStation/Persona 2: Eternal Punishment/Artwork and find them. The character with the shoe in its face is called Callisto. There aren't a whole lot of good in-game shots of the personae, as they are not terribly well-rendered.
I have some back shots of my Maia costume that I can upload if they would be useful. Also, Huongstar has done a Callisto costume and might be able to offer pointers there.
Good luck! =)

Like Khet said, there are hardly any back view reference images available for the Personae so you use your creative license. I didn't have the patience to create an elaborate backside for my Callisto costume but once the rope has been tied, I feel that there will be sufficient "detail" to create interest in the back. Good luck with either costume! :D
Some costume reference for Callisto:

After measuring my face, I just created some eye slits with a bit of Dremel Tool work but the mask slips because of the weight so I have to look downwards. @_@ As far as shoes, there is what I've coined "Stripper Mecca" here in Dallas and they always having rocking shoes sales. I can't wear the feet-training shoes like Callisto wears so I chose some regular white platform shoes. I know eBay has a ton of great shoes deals if you search for white platform boots or white vinyl boots. Best of luck to you! :D
