Photoshoots Times, Days etc for AD 07

hey everyone

I know that Oklahoma managed to get a few of the photoshoots submitted for the programming book but I figured we should start a Photoshoot thread for the con itself, just so everyone knows when to meet up etc for these shoots.

What I need you guys to do is discuss these times and photoshoots and then reply here with your FINALIZED time and shoot and I'll add it :)

Right now I've added what Oklahoma managed to get from the Anime Detour forums The ones in BOLD are guaranteed the use of the backdrop for their photoshoot. All others are not. They will meet in the lounge area.

For those that are NOT in bold, we will meet in the places that follow the shoot, as noted.

Friday:

4:00 PM - Bleach (1st gathering) - lounge
5:30 PM - Naruto (1st gathering) - lounge
6:30 PM - Full Metal Alchemist (1st gathering) - lounge
7:00 - DDR Photoshoot
7:30 PM - Kingdom Hearts (1st gathering) - lounge
8 PM - Sailor Moon (1st gathering) - area at the top of the stairs
8:30 PM - Howl's Moving Castle - lounge


Saturday:

9:00 - Negima Photoshoot
11:00 - Cosplay.com Photoshoot
11:30 - Sailor Moon (2nd gathering) - area at the top of the stairs
12:00 - Kingdom Hearts Photoshoot (Cosplay Photography panel)
1:00 - Naruto Photoshoot (2nd gathering)
2:00 - Final Fantasy Photoshoot
2:30 - Capcom - area at the top of the stairs
3:00 - Bleach Photoshoot (2nd gathering)
4:00 - First Person Shooter Games Photoshoot
4 PM - Full Metal Alchemist (2nd gathering) - area at the top of the stairs

Sunday:

11 AM - Naruto (3rd gathering) - lounge
12:00 - Firefly/Serenity Photoshoot
1:30 -Kimono Gathering - lounge

Remember the photoshoots listed above are guaranteed the backdrop for the duration of their scheduled time. Any that are not on the list above cannot kick people off or monopolize it at any period of time due to that when no photoshoot is occurring it is open to anyone to use. Also that the schedule listed above is what is in the programming book and nothing can be added to it as it should be in print soon.

Just a few things to remember if trying to schedule a new photoshoot.

Also, I am staff for anime detour and I have worked this out with programming. The photoshoots listed are part of programming and should meet in the lounge NOT in the lobby as that is where registration is. These are now part of anime detour and not just sponsored gatherings. Any that are done outside of this is on your own and separate.

Would you mind adding a Capcom photoshoot in there sometime mid-afternoon Saturday? Possibly squeezing that in between some of the others? I know there might not be many people there... but getting a good Capcom representation would be nice.
