We can't just pull awesome skits out of our butts whenever someone comes along and asks for one. Writing a skit takes a lot of work - revision, peer editing, etc. You'd be better off trying to think of one on your own than just expecting complete strangers to do all the work for you.
Also yaoi skits are overrated. I suggest taking a different angle with your skit.

Nooooooo! No Yaoi!
*rabid fangirl is tired of bad overused Yaoi skits*
Do you have keyblades, do you dance, sing?
Did you make your own cosplays?

Yes, yaoi skits are overrated (especially with Kingdom Hearts.) If you must use yaoi in your skit, keep it to a minimum. While it racks up points with your audience, I know a lot of judges (as well as other performers/audience members) are sick of seeing it. Also, Crimson Firefly is correct, writing a skit takes time and effort, and while some impromptu skits may be good, many are not.
Some friends and I did a skit for Tsubasacon 2006 that involved "outtakes" from the game. It was a series of about five or six short, comedic scenes in one skit that were "cut out of the game." We devised them in a way that they were related to actual in-game plots and had such scenes as Riku and Sora fighting over Kairi holding a paopu fruit on stage, and stuff like "exactly how does Sora keep up those annoying yellow straps?" Be creative by using your talents, because judges love originality. It just so happened that my group could make people laugh, and I agree that you should try singing or dancing. Just be sure to rehearse, even up until the day of performance. If you can, gather a bunch of people who know what they're talking about to critique your performance once you feel you've rehearsed enough. Don't feel bad if they tell you to improve on it, the only way to go is forward. Good luck!

You did mention it, but I was just making a point that everyone is basically sick of yaoi. I also mentioned audiences and other performers. Anyone who may be watching your video who may not find it entertaining. Limiting yaoi was just a suggestion, one of the many that I provided.
