Questions about pannel-running

My friend and I pre-registered at Anime North, and are now thinking about running a panel. If we went through with it and re-submitted our pre-reg stuffs, would we be able to get the discount mentioned on the panel form and get our original money back, or... not?

We still haven't decided for sure if we're gonna do it or not, but we're putting some ideas together, so it would be nice to know if we could get the discount by running the panels or not.

Upon the approval of your panel, a credit $10.00 ($5.00 for you and $5.00 for your friend) will be applied to your registration application, of which can be picked up at the Con Office.

You will only need to submit panelist application, since you already pre-registered.
