Feathers scarf

I need urgently a feathers scarf for doing Soubi of loveless.
Someone knows about a place where I can find such a thing =P
I have been searching in harajuku but because it`s summer, there isn`t a lot of scarves =P:bigcry:

Tokyo Hands in Ikebukuro (slightly more expensive)
Donki 激安の殿堂 in shinjuku (cheaper)

But not sure if those are the right kind of feather scarf you are looking for.
