Cosplay Chess

Hi everyone! I'm going to be help running the Cosplay Chess Event. We're wondering what times on Friday and Saturday are good?

We are most likely going to be outside for this event, hopefully we have a canopy/tent thing out there.

Would you all like music or action sounds for when people get captured or a move is made?

Should there be more than one cosplay game board.?

Should we bring drinks to sell for a $1.00?

Any suggestions are great!
