Did Lynzie show up to the gathering?

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to find out if my friend Lynzie (Lynzie is her SN here on cosplay.com) showed up or not to the gathering on Sunday.. She moved last week from Olympia (close to Seattle) by driving all the way down to San Diego, but she stopped to visit me for one night last Monday. She then drove Tuesday morning from SF all the way to San Diego, where she would then move into her friend Jess' house. She said she would call me Tuesday night to let me know that she arrived safely, but to this day, I haven't heard from her.. :( I've tried calling her cell-phone, but all I get is a recorded message saying her phone is "disconnected.." So I'm hoping nothing happened to her, and that she reached San Diego without any problems.

She did mention that she would go to the gathering on Sunday, and may or may not have cosplayed. Here's a picture of what she might have been wearing, cosplaying as Tetra from Zelda:

If anyone remembers seeing her at the gathering, or is a friend of hers down in So.CA, please ask her to contact me as it's been a week since I've heard from her and am a little concerned.. :(

I didn't see her at the gathering. ._. I was sad too, 'cause I wanted to see her! I do know that she's safe, though, because she's been updating her LJ since she's arrived. ^_^ *patpat* Don't worry.

I'm glad to know she's safe! She'll always be my Snow Queen to me. Knights in White Satin was my first cosplay group I put together and even though we all don't really keep in touch outside of cons, all the girls in that group will always be really special to me!

Shoot, I even trusted her enough to let her wear my Sakura Kinomoto school uniform costume to Denny's with that white box pleated skirt, and she ordered a HAMBURGER! Now that's trust and friendship!

Hehe I guess whenever I do post, I like to post a little more than just a few words.. :thumbsup: But I'm glad she's OK from what you've told me, Michi.. I have yet to read her LJ, though. Hopefully I'll hear from her via PM or call soon to let me know how she's adjusting to So.CAL life. ;)

(Actually, once my sister finishes her Ph.D, she might get a job at either San Diego or San Francisco. Me moving there could be a slight possibility...)
