Male Japanese School Uniforms

A friend of mine is asking for a site or place where he can buy male Japanese school uniforms similar to those seen in "Yu Yu Hakusho"...preferrably from a source in the United States. Cospa.com had them(or something close), but I have trouble translating most of it, let alone figuring out if they have international orders/policies to purchase their products. Help!
